American conductor (1892-1972), best known for conducting the radio program "The Voice of Firestone". 

Beautiful black and white photograph shown in performance with his orchestra signed and inscribed by him with a short sentiment to noted Colombian musicologist Otto De Greiff, dated in 1941.  Size is 10 x 8.1 inches, creases on two corners, otherwise in very good condition.
