Italian baritone (1841-1900), was the first performer of many standard-repertory baritone roles in the United States, sang Valentin in Gounod's Faust in the inaugural performance of the Metropolitan Opera in 1883. 

Signed card with 3 bars of music dedicated to the celebrated French Violinist Camilla Urso, dated in 1891 .  Bold and very clear handwriting and signature. Size is 3.5 x 4.5 inches, in excellent condition. Historic vintage item!
