Italian soprano (1853-1939), called "la piccola Malibran" (the little Malibran), a comparison to the legendary Spanish soprano Maria Malibran. Signed photograph, shown as herself, signature on verso (as "G. Gargano"), also inscribed and dated n 1938. Size is 4 x 5.75 inches, some wear as well as slight paper loss on bottom right, otherwise in good condition.
