American politician (1884-1972) and 33rd President of the United States. Truman helped establish NATO and implemented the Plan Marshall for the reconstruction of Europe after WWII. 

Card (probably a clip cut from a typed letter) signed by him; plus a certificate of authenticity by the American Museum of Historical Documents. Card's size is 4.5 x 1.9 inches, in very good condition.
