Scottish-born English baritone and voice teacher (1899-2000), a leading performer at Convent Garden and Glyndebourne in the 1920s, 1930s and 1940s, particularly known for Mozart roles, later the teacher of Kathleen Ferrier among other noteworthy singers. Signed photograph, shown as himself, dated in 1968.  Stamped on verso by photographer Lotte Meitner-Graf. London. Size is 6.25 x 8.5 inches, small creases on bottom left and right corners, otherwise in very good condition. Also included: autograph note signed on personal letterhead, dated in London in 1979.
