British stage and film actress (1913-1967), winner of two Academy Awards for Best Actress for her performances in Gone with the Wind (1939) and A Streetcar Named Desire (1951); active between 1935-1967.

Fine black-and-white photograph signed and inscribed by her with a short sentiment dated 1941; ink-stamped on verso by photographer Angus McBean (UK). Size is 7.75 x 9.7 inches, some silvering around borders, in very good condition.
